Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shivering grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shivering. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

History: She got into the Courier business at a young age. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has worked as a Courier like her father before her.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.
