Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is a Miller first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His childhood dream was to be a Knight, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miller for the past few years.

Description: He prefers to wear flannel. He is portly but not overly obese. His silver hair is lengthy. His eyes are amber and catlike.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Fargrim took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up axe and armor he uses now. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Soapmaker.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears long strands of aquamarine and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His hair is golden and curly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Banker profession.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gifted student he started as a Banker, but he got bored and became a Marshal. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and many dire rats want him driven away

Description: 6'4" and muscular, this northern woman wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her red hair is braided into rings. She has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Through the years after Bryseis was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Bryseis's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
