History: Hatae was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She worked as a nervous Architect and found it very stressful. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Description: 4'10" and muscular, this western woman wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a black coat. She has dyed her greying dark red hair a little too much giving a sharp dark red color. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is golden and very short. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is mildly Gnome supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Zook enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Zook was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zook fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. He has amber eyes and a tan hat with a black feather.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
