Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kerkad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kerkad. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She now mingles about in high society.
