History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. After a long history of fighting, Oriel and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is mildly Dwarf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Baker and was forced into it by her family; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers
