History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Wiggan liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
