Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Vaina will drive conversation. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Body Guard arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Body Guard responsibilities is difficult; and she feels kind of lost in life

History: Oloric hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the south were limited. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
