History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Nemeia was born on a far southern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Bookbinder. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: She got into the Miner business at a young age. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Oppah took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor she uses now. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
