Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: Wiggan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sculptor. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
