Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Hecat never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: She was born in a small forest village. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Ruler and was forced into it by her family; and a rival would like her out of the picture
