History: Gifted from a young age, Trail studied abroad. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
