Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Kelter hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Kelter alone in the world.
