When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gifted student she started as a Masseuse, but she got bored and became a Mayor. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mayor for the past few years.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Blacksmith arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student she started as a Dilettante, but she got bored and became a Blacksmith. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Eberk was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.
