History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Joan was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Joan's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Burana wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warlock, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Burana was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
