Outside of the suit he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Ruler. He has done his best to style his bronze crest to look like a famous performer. Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. After coming to the age of reason, Rhogar took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He bought a longsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
