Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: This woman is well dressed, constantly wearing a pastel suit, brown shirt, and green tie, and sports empty pouches on her belt. Her yellow fur has been sun bleached extensively. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: Shadow hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her music career. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Shadow was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She worked as a nervous Bellfounder and found it very stressful. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to unite with her sister

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she feels threatened by others

Description: A 3'3" western woman, she typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. She wears her red hair down. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and wants to work out more often
