History: He got into the Adventurer business at a young age. When Henry reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He became a Adventurer soon after.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kipper embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Symma grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Unemployed. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his broad black hat.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ûggû is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the north were limited. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
