History: The child of a Dyer, who enjoyed hunting, Kaladan was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her hair is long and chestnut with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small tan clips. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Actor responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
