He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Jeweler for hire.

History: He got into the Butcher business at a young age. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has achieved small success as a Butcher.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in.
