Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. His gold eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He hates Tieflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nicor was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep white leather and dull tan iron scale mail. His hair is golden and curly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Imsh grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: He wears a pastel vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his pastel boots flare out at the collars. His fur is cut close to his head. His yellow eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is obsessed with his god.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. Her red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Eloise enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Spice Merchant arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is her passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
