Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving The war was a terrible time for him, and Halander does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Halander was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. When Halander reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind.
