History: She was born into a rich family. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Banker for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor
