History: Burto hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Doctor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Baker for hire.

Description: This dark-skinned female wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. She has moderate length red hair. Her fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Miner kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
