History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mardnab grew up listening to her mother's many stories. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.
