Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Mamnen liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Tomi was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Mayor like his mother before him.
