The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Valanthe took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up club and armor she uses now. She now mingles about in high society.

In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Nikki alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Description: This tall, slender man wears skinny pants and wears a pastel and blue robe with the hood down. He has dyed his greying cinnamon fur a little too much giving a sharp cinnamon color. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Elegant was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and to find somewhere to settle down
