Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and many gnolls want him driven away

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a red vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his red boots flare out at the collars. His tied-back hair is black. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Description: She is a mite stocky and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her silver crest has been sun bleached extensively. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
