History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Baelitae grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Baelitae. Being a Brewer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Harbek's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Harbek was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. A freak accident while working with his Herbalist father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She has a very tight haircut. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Willow has worked very hard to control her curse. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears long strands of opal and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her scarlet crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her eyes are gold.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Barber arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Nala was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Nala decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
