Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Kilvar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
