History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
