History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Paggen was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of giants

History: Born to a Farmer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.
