History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Kadana alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Kadana was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: Gardain lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A gifted student she started as a Gardener, but she got bored and became a Shipwright. She became a Shipwright soon after.
