History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Sailor responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Balimaar's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born in the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a robe, a symbol of magic around her neck, and a hand crossbow on her belt. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Masseuse hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
