History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He found a children's book about a Elf Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her chestnut hair is well kept. Her fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Joan was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and sabotage a competitor
