Personality: Paggen speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Paggen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has achieved small success as a Layabout.
