History: He was born in a small forest village. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and a deep hatred of illithids
