History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a blue deerstalker hat and blue clothes. His hair is long and golden with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
