Personality: Patrin wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warrior, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'10" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a brown coat. She has slicked back silver hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She works hard and plays hard.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Melissa was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: She is greedy; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
