Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Silvo isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Silvo alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted.
