History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Dariff was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.
