History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: She is a Lamia in disguise. Urshar abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
