History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Hadwisa was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Dadalan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Dadalan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
