Personality: He is a Ploughman first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ploughman for hire.

Her hair is long and black with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small black clips. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. The war was a terrible time for her, and Brakka does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. After a long history of fighting, Brakka and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Nedda was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nedda's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He has styled his scarlet crest well, parting it to the left. His eyes are red.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and seeks redemption
