History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sarai grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sarai. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
