History: The child of a Painter, who enjoyed hunting, Vonbin was taken on many hunting expeditions. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spy.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Peter hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
