History: Born in the south to a Mercenary, Patrick learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Mercenary and found it very stressful. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
