History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age her mother died while driving off some illithids. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in greatsword use. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Vapula was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
