Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He got into the Shipwright business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shipwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shipwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Balam never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is his passion

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. The war was a terrible time for him, and Adrex does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
