History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. Being a Layabout kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact
