History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Vonbin grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Locksmith, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born in the east to a Herbalist, Birel learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Birel alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted.
